FALF trusts you, and we hope that you will come to trust us as a reputable company. To be able to process your order, we must have your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. This information is used solely to process your online purchase.
Five Nations Arts Online Store Product Availability
Five Nations Arts prides itself on authenticity. The store was created to provide a market for local American Indian artists. All art items in the store and online are hand-crafted by members of the Five Nations (Chippewa, Sioux, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara) and other Native artists of the region.
Because each item is unique, and because we have a real store with real walk-in customers, we can NOT guarantee that every product seen online is actually available at all times. If the exact item you order is not available, we will do the following:
1. We will email you with information on similar items which may be available; but if we fail to arrange a substitute satisfactory to you,
2. We will refund your purchase.
Five Nations Arts Refund Policy
Five Nations Arts stands by the quality of the products it sells. We pledge a 60-day money back guarantee for all products sold online. If contacted for return authorization within 60 days, Five Nations Arts will pay shipping costs in addition to refunding purchase price.
This does not include special orders commissioned through phone or email contact with the store manager. All products returned must be undamaged and be returned with original packing material. CDs and videos must be returned unopened.
